As a public service, I am offering brief summaries of various current timelines
being written on this newsgroup.

This is by no means a definitive list; I merely attempting to list the ones I
clearly remember:

"For All Time":

Awful choices are made.

Fecal matter impacts on the rotary device.

Even worse decisions are made.

The rotary device appears to be clogged with fecal matter, so it seems that
things can't get much worse.

Things get worse.

People wonder when that Mel Brooks punchline is coming up.

Repeat.

"Leg Theory":

Take a random number; if it's odd, this episode is about cricket. If it's even,
it's about a world gone slightly off track because of one man's being banned
from British cricket.

If it's a cricket episode, it will make no sense to us Yanks.

If it's about the rest of the world, it will seem rather odd.

Wait 3 months for the next installment.

Somebody brings up this hoary old argument.

Somebody (sometimes the person who brings it up) shoots it, hoping to kill it.

They fail.

2 weeks pass.

The Undead Horse rises again to be beaten.
